Welcome to Podcast Recruitment Agency™️ (“PRA”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership & Access

PRA provides a networking and recruitment platform for podcasters, guests, brands, and agencies. Users may subscribe as Founding Members or standard members, depending on their chosen plan.

2. Founder Membership

Founder Members are granted exclusive early access benefits, including promotional visibility, feature testing, and event invitations. Founder status is permanent, but pricing and platform access terms may evolve over time.

3. Platform Usage

All users agree to use PRA responsibly and for legitimate professional purposes. PRA reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that breaches our standards or uses the platform for unrelated solicitation.

4. Commission & Introductions

When PRA facilitates an introduction between a Podcaster, Guest, Brand, or Agency—whether directly via the platform or through PRA’s communication channels—the resulting collaboration, sponsorship, or booking shall include a commission payable to PRA (percentage to be defined by agreement, typically 10–15%).

Users agree not to circumvent the PRA platform to avoid such commission payments.

5. Intellectual Property

All PRA branding, content, and trademarks remain the property of Podcast Recruitment Agency. Users retain ownership of their own podcast or media content.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by PRA in writing.

7. Privacy

PRA complies with GDPR and data protection laws. User data will never be sold or shared outside of PRA’s operational purposes.

8. Liability

PRA is not responsible for the content, performance, or contractual terms of any external collaboration initiated via the platform.

9. Termination

PRA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms or engaging in unethical behavior.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
