These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website podcastrecruitmentagency.com and the PRA platform and membership (together, the “Service”) provided by Podcast Recruitment Ltd (“PRA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service or purchasing a membership you agree to these Terms.
1. About us

2. The Service
PRA is an online platform that helps podcast hosts, guests, brands and agencies find and connect with each other. We provide the platform only; we are not a party to any agreement between members and do not guarantee that any booking, collaboration or outcome will result from using the Service.
3. Membership and Founder Membership
- Host or Guest membership costs $24 per month.
- Brand or Agency membership costs $99 per month for up to 7 client profiles.
- Founder Membership is limited to 250 members and will not be reopened. Founder benefits apply for as long as your membership remains continuously active. [CONFIRM EXACT FOUNDER BENEFITS AND WHETHER THEY ARE LOST ON CANCELLATION.]

4. Payment and billing
Memberships are billed monthly in advance in US dollars via Stripe, starting on the date you sign up. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time by emailing sabrina@podcastrecruitmentagency.com [OR VIA YOUR ACCOUNT / STRIPE CUSTOMER PORTAL]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; if you ask us to start providing the Service within that period, we may deduct an amount for the Service provided. Otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.
- Only post content you have the right to share, and that is lawful, accurate and not misleading, offensive or infringing.
- Treat other members with respect and do not use the Service for spam or unsolicited marketing.
- Agencies must have permission from each client whose profile they manage.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add to the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content to operate and promote the Service. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your membership if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. We will usually give you notice and an opportunity to put things right where reasonable.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for the conduct of other members, or for loss of business, profits or opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes by email before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
